Death Draft & Death Pool Rules
The complete guide to playing Death Draft and Death Pool - the morbidly entertaining fantasy games
Death Draft
Players
Death Draft can be played with 2-12 players. Each player will draft a team of celebrities.
Draft Process
Players take turns selecting celebrities for their team. The draft order is randomized at the start of each game. Each player builds their own unique roster through the draft.
Death Pool
Players
Death Pool can be played by an unlimited number of players.
Selection Process
Instead of drafting, players independently choose celebrities from the same pool. Multiple players can select the same celebrity, creating direct competition for points when that celebrity passes away.
Death Points
When a celebrity on your team passes away, you earn points based on their age at death.
Scoring Formula
Points = 100 - Celebrity's Age
Examples:
• 25-year-old celebrity = 75 points
• 50-year-old celebrity = 50 points
• 80-year-old celebrity = 20 points
• 100+ year-old celebrity = 0 points

Most Death Draft and Death Pool games run for a full calendar year, from January 1st to December 31st.
